Wow, we went to Ekka last saturday.
There are a lot of strange animals that i've never seen before. who can tell me what they are? i was realy excited about getting the chance of meeting them face to face, but to say the truth, they are quite smelly. Anyway, i would love to meet them again next year in Ekka! the thing that worried the most is, do animals spread flu? if yes, i think i'm in great trouble as i do not have a strong body!!! oh gosh.. my assignment dues are coming!! hope i dont get sick by that time!!
besides the animals, i got on the rides as well. I got on the zipper one, i was locked in a red cage and it kept on rotating clockwisely and anti-clockwisely... i was like 'HELP, when could i get off?" finally, i got on my feet again, i felt like 'Phew'!! i don't think i would get onto that rides any more, it made me sick. Really really sick!!!
the most important thing to do in ekka, of course is to buy show bags! they were so lovely!!! there are smarties, simpsons, mars choc, betty boo show bags, gosh, i want them all!!!!!!!! but i dont think i have that much money, lol! i looked around that huge showbag area, walking through each coloumns yet, i couldn't think of what to buy, they were all amazing!! um... when i finally came out of the showbag area, my both hands were occupied with show bags!! three bags in each hand, but then i regretted it almost immediately. 'cause how could i walk around to watch the parade and fireworks with all these showbags?!
still, i am very excited about everything in ekka. i tried on the most famous strawberry icecream as well. there are strawberries covering the outtest layer, then it had a icecream and in the middle, there was a layer of strawberries again. YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! while having this delicious icecream, my friend and i all stood at the grass watching the colourful firework!! Its amazing!!!!!!!!!!! there were lots of 'wow's while the fireworks went on! after all those long walks, my feet were so sore and we decided to get back home. i was so so tired, carring those showbags and got on a bus back home!!!!!!!!!!!! but, oh..... could i go again next weekend?!
